Check out Dawnbreaker about a bunch of artists taking on a system that has been sucking up creative juices and redistributing it to help people produce low quality facsimiles of good work. It also has an ultraviolet lynx, The Morrígan, and queer characters being allowed to live their lives.
Interesting that an institution predicated on the notion of one’s shitty deeds being absolved by the sacrifice of someone else has bred some of the most hateful people to walk the earth. Almost like it teaches people that they don’t have to take responsibility for their own immortality. Weird. /s

I hope people are taking stock of what businesses are turning their backs on the marginalized right now because if this shit ever ends and there is a day of reckoning we don’t need any of the Hugo Bosses, Fords, IBMs, Coca-Colas, BMWs, Chanels, Kodaks, etc sticking around.

Not loving that a lot of the discourse around Newsom and Emanuel is in deciding what the acceptable level of trans oppression is to garner the most votes. Blue no matter who voters kinda suck.

For those who need to read it: Demanding that a candidate not huck marginalized groups under a bus and be against genocide is not a purity test. “Purity test” is just a made up term that allows assholes to try to silence minority voices without considering what they’re saying.
