It's not so easy to conceptualise all this because I would seriously just take a big plate of brassicas (steamed for those that need it, raw for the rest) and chow down because I'm a sicko like that.

Thinking about my All Brassica Meal idea again. Could probably only realistically make one plate out of it unless significant other ingredients are allowed. But as a one-plate arrangement you could get some decent range.

Going to the dentist to get work done only freaks me out for one reason.

It's not the drilling or the scraping or any of that.

It's wandering around afterwards with half my face numb not knowing if I've bitten myself and am bleeding profusely from the mouth in public.

For real, though, as annoying as it is, this isn't such a huge deal for me. Because of my circumstances I'm going to be getting some antiviral infusions in the next few days. Also I'm up to date on my immunisations. So this'll be the mildest possible infection.

The longer I've been chronically ill and heavily medicated the more effort it takes to empathise with people who rarely have to deal with pharmacies and struggle when they do.

I know, for instance, that leaving a prescription at one place and trying to pick it up at the other location up the road..
