This is for the UX designers out there.

I would love to hear your feedback. I've made some iterations on the designs of the beta of Signalbase and would like to make it even more user-friendly.

Here is the before and after. What else should I change?

Our growth stalled for days, leaving me confused.

Then I realised: Black Friday was the cause.

I quickly added a banner, and now sales are back on track.

Microsoft just admitted something important in a French hearing:

They can’t guarantee that data stored in Europe is safe from U.S. authorities, even if it never leaves the EU.

That’s a big deal.

Apparently, Gemini 3 Pro is now considered the best for coding.

But what are the real-life results?

Who has discovered use cases that were not possible before?

When working with AI across multiple apps, it can be cumbersome.

To streamline this, I created a repository in the root folder with two files:
- A `.gitignore` file containing: `/*/` to ignore all subfolders.
- An `ARCHITECTURE.md` file with summaries of all apps.

There is not much better than spending Sunday morning in a cozy coffee shop with your laptop.

Okay, maybe there is, but not today.

Somebody who love clocks and loves finding the edges of what any given technology is capable of.

Funny how AI is not really able to solve this issue yet. Almost no click looks correct or functions correct. Except for Kimi K2, which does a pretty good job.

If you're a frontend developer, you should check out @cursor_ai's Browser Tab.

It makes it incredibly simple to point to elements directly in the browser. No more struggling to describe an element in words, just point and click.

I can't live without it now (been using it for two days).

We discuss reducing churn almost daily here.

However, one company took a unique approach.

They actively remove inactive customers from their paid subscriptions.

Why?

Because it doesn't feel right.

I never understood why founders chase investors.

Bootstrap with profits. Experiment without permission. Pivot when you want.

Repeat forever. Full freedom, no board meetings.

New addition to the list today: cutlery wrapped in plastic bags while dining at a restaurant.

Capturing attention in Southeast Asia is a different game compared to Europe.

Grab (the food delivery service) constantly bombards you with sales and discounts. However, you quickly learn to ignore these and close the pop-ups without a second thought.

To my Dutch friends who can vote today,

Democracy does not operate on autopilot. If you cannot vote in person, arrange for a proxy vote.

Any party that supports a free and fair democracy is better than staying home.

Please vote. For the nerd vote, see next tweet.

I didn't know I could enjoy a non-Google Maps theme, but I really like the colors of Kagi Maps. The added trees are a nice touch too, giving it a more game-like feel.

Kagi is a search engine that's not built to track you. It's subscription-based, meaning you're not the product.

According to the Financial Times, startup investment in Europe is becoming increasingly popular.

Did you know these companies are European? Mistral, Lovable, n8n, ElevenLabs, N26, Vinted, Bolt, Revolut.

Or even Dutch: Framer, Adyen, ASML, GitLab, Fairphone, Recruitee, Cradle, Dealroom.
