AI didn't kill open source—it killed the docs-driven business model. Meanwhile, companies selling actual services (Databricks, Vercel, Supabase) are hitting record valuations.

Permissive licenses out, AGPL in. Build what AI can't replace.

I run 4 AI code reviewers on every PR. It's annoying as hell.

And it's still better than no review at all.

They catch real bugs...sometimes. The friction forces me to defend decisions—even to robots.
