The very idea that the President and Attorney General of the United States were so contemptuous of the federal courts as to even bring this utterly frivolous lawsuit against a Federal Court for the sole purpose of threatening and intimidating the federal courts across the nation is reprehensible.

79-year-old Paul Bojerski was born to Polish parents in a WWII German refugee camp. His family legally emigrated to the U.S. when he was 5.
