Great to see the NCOB joining Bluesky !
I agree (as author of the report). The issue is that when translation is discussed in the lit, the proposed purpose and context is a bit hand-wavy, and evidence base on how much extra PGIs ‘buy’ you given wealth of student data already available is lacking..I only found one study (that we cited)
