I can’t wrap my brain around this.
Brian Hooker, an anti-vaccine activist, contracted measles in West Texas and traveled home without notifying authorities, raising concerns about spreading the virus to vulnerable communities. Despite the MMR vaccine being 97% effective, outbreaks continue due to misinformation about the disease.
