Finally locked for Vampire this Saturday and I'm really excited to fuck with their characters more. Our Malkavian just met a person who claims they were her girlfriend right before she was groomed for the embrace but she has zero recollection of her. Also the Toreador just ghouled her touchstone lol

I was in love with Vampire The Masquerade for a long time when Jared Logan's The Stream of Blood started doing their Vampires of Pittsburgh show during the worst of covid. No one I've seen in the ttrpg space runs Vampire quite like he does and his storytelling is what inspired me to give it a shot

Was excited to play Dispatch but then I saw that it had timed "hacking" puzzle sequences and nope. Nothing against the game it's just that my neurodivergent brain can't do puzzles so I had to refund it

New goodies arrived in the mail today! I went through the alternate character creation rules in the book and it was actually a really short section but there was a lot of good stuff on professiona I liked so now I've gotta find a way to budget time to read the rest.

I don't wear dresses but I got one for an upcoming xmas party my girlfriend invited me to and wow. Didn't think a dress could give me happy gender feels this far into my transition but yeah. Gunna have to get a black crystal necklace to go with this. (Sorry I don't have a full length mirror lolz)

Seems like all the projects I want to do involve quite the learning curve. I still gotta learn to format stuff to publish on Storytellers Vault and for 2026 I wanna get my streaming game off the ground which requires a lot of learning new stuff too, and here I am over here with a learning disability

I was pretty unproductive creatively this past weekend so I'm going to try and refocus this week. Gotta read through all the alternate character creation rules in the Call of Cthulhu Players Guide and wrangle all my Vampire players together to see if we're going to have a game this week

I've been buying more ttrpg books lately and my partner let slip that she got me a copy of Blades In The Dark for Xmas cause she wanted to make sure I hadn't baught it yet. I mean, I've had the pdf for some time but reading it out of the book just hits different

There's so much stuff that I want to do in my Vampire games, but one is on hiatus and the other is every other week and I don't feel like I get to play anything close to as often as I'd like. I'm thinking of starting an all new group, but I'm a little bit intimidated at the prospect.

I have a complicated relationship to the holidays. They were typically spent at a relatives house where I would find myself not feeling welcome in either the den, where all the men would be watching "the game" or upstairs where the woman would be cooking and talking. There were no in-between spaces.

A lot of people only know Robert Plant from Led Zeppelin, but his more recent output has been absolutely phenomenal. He voice has aged well and he always surrounds himself with incredible musicians. His work from Dreamland to today has been great imo

Going through the CoC Keepers Handbook more and it's like they thought of every darn situation and they give you a way to resolve it with a dice roll. The mechanics are simple to grasp on the surface but it actually gets pretty deep. I can see why Jared Logan called it the Rolls Royce of gaming now
