I am having trouble wrapping my head around the fact that sweet pumpkin Patrick (Noah Reid) from *Schitt's Creek* is going to be a member of Lestat's band in *The Vampire Lestat* (a.k.a. *Interview with the Vampire* season 3). Canadian casting is a hell of a thing, sometimes! 😂

This is the little neighborhood semi-feral cat that regularly shows up for cans of Fancy Feast on my deck. He's rolling around in some catnip I put out for him to enjoy. I call him Little Gray Baby, and I hope one day to do the whole TNR thing with the little guy. He's sweet, but skittish.

Just now learning that Werner Herzog is a German filmmaker (etc.) of note, who is still very much alive (as of this writing), and who made a film in the aughts called *Grizzly Man*, and NOT himself the subject of that doc, the person who was very into bears and then killed by one.
