i mean i think it makes sense from a corporate perspective. Everyone refuses to shut up about the old trilogy and the core gameplay loop so that's easily mappable onto an open world game. problem is the production wasn't able to deliver anything -besides- that.

it's normal, Armored Core 6's fandom is full of people fujoing out over people who are represented entirely by their voices on comms or the robots they pilot. I've seen a lot of fanart where they just draw the dude with the robot's head its very funny
