Russia has got a number of motivations:
1. Chaos, sparking chain reaction shootings, civil war USA.
2. USA being bothered with internal matters only.
Indicator pro job:
1. The shooter is very skilled in shooting
2. Well prepared with information and positioning
3. Successfully escaped = a rarity

He lies. He lifted Russia sanctions 2/2/2017!

Since Jan 20 2025, the US has imposed no new sanction on Russia, and no new aid for Ukraine.

Since then Trump has relieved several sanctions from Russian oligarchs, and companies, and closed the agencies that were countering Russian schemes and crimes.
