The sledgehammer social media ban is so, so lazy.
Thousands upon thousands of kids in the bush are scrambling to access courses ect they could do online for free. Dance troupes that rely on YouTube live to practise together. Ect ect.
Now there are no safe regulated sites and kid rating will get removed and we are all fed to AI predators.

Why would anyone hang and stab an animal? Is their hatred of Palestinians so deep they consider such heinous actions justified? Is their greed for more land seen as a justification for such barbarism? This is Israel, no more pretence, no more white-washing, it's a sick society and it's on show.

An immigration attorney told me a few weeks ago a client at the Everglades facility was put in a cage outside all day. A guard was bringing him a cup of water & another took it and dumped it.
The exposure and dehydration is torture in itself, but I didn’t realize the cage was this small. Evil.

They're using the confinement box, one of the most horrific methods of CIA torture in the post-9/11 black sites, against migrants now. This is the direct result of the lack of consequences for the architects of the torture program. Either there will be criminal penalties for this or it will expand.

The sad truth of the Ukraine war is that if France & Germany had honoured their obligations and encouraged Ukraine to implement Minsk 2 in 2015, the Donbas oblasts would still be part of Ukraine, its economy would not have been wrecked & maybe 1 million + soldiers would not have died or maimed
The Donetsk towns of Kramatorsk and Sloviansk are key parts of Ukraine's ‘fortress belt’. Were they to fall to Russia, or to be ceded, Ukraine's security would be at risk.
