Had a coffee this morning with my wife by the river. Swiftlets swooping around catching insects for breakfast. A few flew close, one of them within three feet of my head. I wish I could give that moment to others. A quiet and relaxing peaceful moment.

OK so in the spirit of not "the other place" here's a pic of something I cooked. Slow cooked beef finished off in the oven with some cheese. Melt in your mouth tasty stuff, eaten with some salad leaves and tomatoes.

I started watching Attack on Titan with my lad. I thought it would be good to do something together etc. Now we're only 6 episodes in, but I'm liking it more than I thought I would. Anyone here into it? Worth watching all seasons?
