Israel has done this before. In Sept Israel dumped 80 decomposed bodies in Gaza. As Mustafa Barghouti asked at the time "imagine these bodies, without names decomposing in a truck, were bodies of Jewish or Israeli or American people, what would've been the reaction of the world?"
