I'm gonna need that Pi Zero C64 drive emulator
Oh good, I thought it was either just me or some new anti adblock thing.

I think it should remain possible to work professionally
All the video game grifters are about to lose their shirts, in more ways than one.
As he himself once said, "David Duke without the baggage."
I think there is a decent Ayaneo handheld that can do steam link and runs Xbox Game Cloud for 250 USD.
They could have made a Snapdragon ARM based system that is just a glorified streaming handheld that would cost $250 if that's how they want you to play it. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if that's actually what the long rumored Surface Team handheld is.
that reminds me, I am still absolutely terrified what's going to happen when they release ring 0 or -1 software/firmware with AI written code.

So here's a problem I think a lot of people in indie/small studio game development have.

You need some kind of version control and you need to back up your code somewhere offsite. If you use Perforce you do the Perforce thing, but lots of shops use Git.
It really shows the difference in our background that my brother and I are using SVN for our version control over the clear games industry standards. But as a Software Engineer it was much easier for me to set up a SVN repository on the homelab server as backup, and I didn't need to teach git.
I mean, at least it's not as bad as the time right when Twitter got the new owner where it would take 4 gigs of memory to keep one tab of it open on Edge.
Not gonna lie, it's been a really great year for Bachman Book adaptions.
Of course, we already made the Red Duke, who is totally real and will help you win favour with The Coin.

Unfair flips, more then anything, proves that if you trap people in a room with nothing but a machine that shocks them for no reason, within 3 days they will have found 15 fun new little games and activities you can play just with this machine.
The debate I am having is that I haven't really done a lot of work on my Total Conversion Mod so I'm wondering how painful it would be to just switch right now for dev.

Annnnnd its forked. As soon as I remember how to download things off GitHub I'll throw a few mods at it.
Major evolution in the GZDoom community tonight - the regular contributors finally had enough of the project lead, who had been very hard to work with for a long time. He dug in and told them "If you don't like it, go and make your own fork."

UZDoom is now live here.

How has the @brennanleemulligan.bsky.social CEO episode on GoFundMe become an undersell of the current situation?

Remember though, if you keep waiting to feed them, it will soon be midnight; you don't want to know what happens when you wait to feed them after midnight.
