whenever i see people comparing their art at the start of covid vs now i'm like "what the fuck was i doing, where's my improvement?" and then i remember. 2020 was when my mom's health really started declining before her death that december. so. i drew but improvement probably wasn't much a priority

if we wanted to go with a japanese dog breed, i think a yakushima ken would be good... but most realistically, i think he'd end up with a mutt that's on the smaller side

i feel like goro would either want a dog he could train in a million ways and trust it to be obedient OR a dog that's going to be a laidback companion. either way, i think he'd want one that isn't going to quickly become destructive if bored. so i think a golden retriever would be great
