ToEE is great, but it gets completely fuzzy near the end and there's a lot of DM work. I LOVED Demonweb Pits, but similarly had to come up with a lot of multi-world building to make the ending work.

Saltmarsh is a good one. Honestly I'm trying to think of the low level ones. My favorite was Isle of the Ape which is bonkers at high levels.
