Our Upskill team dropped in our colleague working over at the Barnsley Street Hub a project we take part in alongside our friends at East London NHS Foundation Trust to check in and to celebrate #WorldMentalHealthDay with a nice brunch.

The theme this year is access to services - mental health in catastrophes and emergencies an important message as all to often people will not know where they can turn when their Mental Health is impacted.

We were shocked by the news of the attack outside of a synagogue in Manchester yesterday during Yom Kippur and our thoughts are with the victims, their families and the Jewish Community.

Today we held our Organisation Wide Catch Up a chance for staff to come together and share ideas. Right now we're learning about supporting our clients In Work!
As today is Suicide Prevention Day we just wanted to take a moment to amplify the amazing work the Samaritans do. Just remember you can switch off from social media if you need to but if you do need to talk to someone the Samaritans are there to listen.

Last weekend, we were delighted to take part in the Creative Community Day 2025, organised by Stratford Original. This was the chance for us to connect with local residents to talk about speak wellbeing in the workplace. Thank you to the organisers for the invite & creating such a positive event.

Community spaces like Barking library help us to have a shared space to come together to better support local residents on their employment journey.
Recently our Upskill service attended the Our Women into Work Event held by the DWP a fantastic chance to meet women looking to make that leap into Employment and to see what we can do to support them on their Employment Journey. Thank you again for the invite!
Every now and again one of our clients will remind us how grateful they are for the positive impact we've made in their lives. Our staff know they're awesome and it's great to see the people we support know it as well!

Recently Working Well Trust and as well as Hestia IPS Workwise hosted the @londonambulance.nhs.uk as they showcased their Employability Skills Programme. Which provides people the skills to enter frontline ambulance roles.

A huge thank you to the Ambulance Staff for taking the time to meet with us!
Last week we were privileged to be at Enfield Town Library for their Community Hubs Celebration event. Both our WorkWell and Thrive into Work services were present giving #Enfield residents and our partners a chance to meet the teams and understand what we do for local residents in the borough.
This morning we had the pleasure of meeting Sir Peter Schofield KCB the Permanent Secretary of the DWP as he visited the Universal Credit team at Dagenham library

It was a chance to showcase our work and we want to thank Mr Schofield for taking the time to visit
