Uh there’s still a pandemic
and they’re not masking?!?
This is my fully formed son, his name is Milkjug
I'll take all 3 and a fredotech coffee
Kinda want to die, kinda want to work real hard at something until I'm good at it. Maybe I should get serious with one of the various things I've tried for just long enough to know I could be good at it? Nah, what I really need is a new thing that I do for just long enough to know I'd be good at it.
Half dozen cinnamon rolls, please. What kind of poison?
Chip sees it too. Now Mads Mikkelsen has to play a man with fire for hair.
Thank you! I've definitely got a long way to go before I would consider myself skilled in any way. I was working on directional flaking before I stopped last time. I've only ever worked by myself, I'd love to work with an actual master.
My Ozark trail buck 110 knockoff is my go to for all purpose use and I'm pretty happy with how it has held up.
Thank you. I used direct percussion with a rock on both and an antler for the notches on the side notch.
Them old people know what's up sometimes. I'm not a real big knife knower, but I've gotten some Ozark Trail branded blades as gifts the past few years and they are surprisingly durable.
There is a learning curve but it isn't nearly as intimidating as it seems. Helps to have decent material to work with but until you have an idea of what you're doing I wouldn't spend money on fancy rocks. I started with local materials that I gather from creeks or fields.
Buddy, you pretty much nailed it. That (or any of its knockoffs in varying brands) and my 2 blade Schrade Imperial are my go to grabs
Probably 30 mins each but I'm not a very skilled knapper. Left one is made off a flake so it didn'ttake much work outside of the shaping, but the right one was made from a small cobble so it has alot more percussion work. Skilled snapper could knock each one out in probably 15 minutes.
We had a big Sasquatch hunt planned for this weekend and once again fuckin Jerry forgot to remind Sasquatch and now he has plans to go apple picking with his wife.
There are helpers everywhere for those with hamburgers to see
