Rakaso: Rival character in a racing game. I'm talking the type that doesn't acknowledge you in story and has the most FRUSTRATING lines to try and follow on track. Inertial Drift my beloved.

Reflex was some sort of party RPG. She's the spawn point of multiple of my tabletop clerics, after all.

Dug: He'd be a recurring guy giving flow-breaking (stealth) side missions for some sort of open world sandbox game. Y'know the type. Just Cause, Spider-man, Prototype.

Reflex was Immersive Sim. Thief, Dishonored, System Shock. The works. It took me half an hour to come up with something else.
