I do love my job, it’s relatively stress free, decent(ish) pay, and generally I’m never expected to work overtime.

But! I will never love the fact that, even on a tender with a 2 week turnaround, I’m expected to read a 150-300 (a4) page book on heating and cooling systems for every project.
