Just found out today that due to changes in federal guidelines, my clinic can no longer distribute clean needles and other safe drug use supplies. I’m really not looking forward to diagnosing more HCV and HIV

I barely made any milk and had to switch to formula. Even when I tried breastfeeding, my jaw physically hurt from eating the amount of calories I needed to sustain a supply. I have never felt hunger like that ever before

So far I’ve been using penile discharge, although not entirely accurate since the men are asymptomatic. I figure it’s the lesser evil as long as the medications get into the partner. I had a colleague try to prescribe the meds in the name of the female partner but insurance denied it

My deep navy blue state is affected. Just found out that one of my sister clinics that is the leader in provider gender affirming care can no longer do so because of the federal crap
