Any white dude under 50 years old is a young boy.

Any Black kid over 6 years old is a dangerous thug.

Caucasianity!

Day 15 - The Ghoul

One of my last drawings (😭) for this Season of the Bad Guys Club.

I really really like how she turned out. Not sure about the two background ghouls I added, but I like her over all!
A traditional art piece, with a black, orange, and teal palette. The piece is from the waist up of a ghoulish orange woman with no nose, bound in chains. She holds one hand level to her face and one near the top of her head, where orange chains dangle from her wrists. She wears a tattered dress and shroud, which are dark teal.

they’re kitted out like they’re storming the beach at Normandy & then trying to chase people, brilliant stuff

What could possibly be so mission-critical in those fucking Rob Liefeld leg pouches?

Gallon bags of Skoal? Their sacred back issue collection of Der Sturmer? An entire KFC Family Bucket?

The hallway fight scene. So that guy is Benny “The Jet” Yrquidez, and JC had been training with him since “Say Anything”. I read that bc they had sparred together for so many years, they went like 80% strength with each other, and so to me this fight has a gritty realness to it that feels natural

personally, i don’t require that people like me in order to oppose them being slaughtered but we all make choices I guess

The man who made movie poster art, well, *an art* has passed: the great Drew Struzan.

Loved his work.

Let's not forget how he was tasked to make a poster for The Thing in hours knowing only the premise of the original 1951 film. The paint was STILL WET when he handed it in.

May he rest in peace.
Drew Struzan's poster for John Carpenter's 1982 movie The Thing, which depicts a weird unearthly light emanating from the unseen face of a man wearing a parka in a wintry setting.

Tagline: "The ultimate in alien terror."

If he hadn’t sent the second message I wouldn’t be on here Old Man Posting but I LOATHE that kind of old school hard bargaining kind of thing from a small business. Hey man, your quirky individualism is interfering with your vocation
werebadger.bsky.social
i get that. My spouse said that.

Site talks about them being an established 50 year family business & “the best in the valley” but I’d never heard of them so I sent an email to another company that is a local business about that old (40 years) I’d actually used before & they were happy to help

I’m trying to imagine just pissing away a $500 sale and then trying the actual oldest trick in the crappy sales handbook

(I have been forbidden from trolling this guy so I have to vent a little)
