⚖️One year on: Garden Court's Marc Willers KC @marcwillerskc.bsky.social was leading Counsel in Sarah Finch’s successful appeal before the Supreme Court against the decision of Surrey County Council to grant planning permission for oil production in the Surrey Hills.
