Finally got some things going in the new Godot rework of #MonsterMechanic ! It's been slow since I am busy with my studies a lot, but I am still having a great time working with #Godot . I can see why it is highly praised! 🛠️

This new Nintendo situation is once again truly disappointing. #MonsterMechanic is a Monster-Taming Game and heavily inspired by my long love for the Pokemon games, so seeing the news, especially as an #IndieDev and GameDesign Student, feels like being spit on by the person you look up to. [1/2]
I am rebuilding my game from scratch in godot, after using GMS2 for many years. I think this will be a difficult but also healthy change, like replanting a plant in fresh dirt. I'm also looking forward to interacting with all the #godot community devs and artists! ⚒️

Tried to get conveyor belts working for 3 days straight, with no success.. It's frustrating, but that's just how it is sometimes. Gonna move that and machines to the back for now, working on the Monster part of #MonsterMechanic now! Let's stay positive everyone! ⚒️

I made a little To-Do Tech Tree for my #IndieGame using @whimsical.com for the first time! I really like how organized and easy it is, I tend to struggle with word only lists and tasks a lot. Let me know if you guys see anything that interests you or have any more ideas to add!
