update: replaced with orb, cat nowhere to be seen

(he's actually doing great, just very shy)
russet perfectly balled up in his carrier, no head or limbs to be seen
the vet disliker himself
an orange cat in a mesh carrier. has a tag that says "Hello my name is Russet". he's looking away, displeased
that plus Devil's Third and you've got everything a growing gamer needs
Game and Wario, send it
oh yeah the hooks are definitely in
"we stayed winning" is the most Itagaki sentiment to go out on. RIP
Tomonobu Itagaki (creator of Ninja Gaiden 2004, Dead or Alive) has passed away according to his Facebook
Twelve Minutes is inspiring in a way, you can have the worst fucking ideas imaginable and still successfully bring them to life with contributions from top tier talent despite all good sense or taste
*it's awful but in a way that will leave you in awe

**literally, it thinks it's a rock opera
I've played so much crap on various beats but fine, self imposed pain only

tabletop: Nacho Pile, not just bc it's awful, but bc it's nigh plagiarised and a horrid version of a better game

digital: rather than go for a bad IP game might I recommend* Of Bird and Cage? it may not work, but it rocks**
What's the worst game you finished/rolled credits on?

(games media folks, it can't be something you were assigned to review; this has to be something you subjected yourself to of your own free will)
I've gone so far down the "hey this'd make a good CoC oneshot" rabbithole that my most recent was inspired by Felvidek and Police Squad, only more lethal. the lies I tell myself will only get bigger
first clear of THL in the books

it takes an incredibly, unfathomably confident team to effectively make a 25 hour prologue and end it that way

probably not gonna update this thread that much since I am steeped in spoilers at this point, but the fact that I'm still excited should speak volumes

we like it! it's a lot more like the ol' Chessex edition (light on art) but what they opted to include is quite good and last I checked you can get it for pretty cheap
dude I paid sixteen whole dollars for it (with the exp) and as far as I can tell it's complete, I feel like I won the nerd lottery
if I'd only found this I would have been satisfied! it's a great production
I'm not normally one to say "hey check out this stuff I bought" but I don't know if I've ever thrifted board games so well before
a stack of board games on top of a gaudy halloween tablecloth

Milton Bradley Liar's Dice
Big City
Wiz-War 8th edition w/ Malefic Curses (!!!)
I used to be a lot better, but I'll take leaving a "who the hell is D" at a new arcade and an excited "oh hey, you cleared it!" from the venue operator
sega blue skies never leave your brain
a clear on an OutRun 2 SP arcade cab 1st place on the leaderboard, name is just D
counterpoint: persona 2
about 90 days in and I can't share much for screenshots on account of spoilers, but boy this game's combat is solid
A screenshot from The Hundred Line. Shouma is firing a gigantic beam from the chest of his mech. A shitload of enemies in front of him are all taking 10 damage. This is a small numbers game - 10 is impressive I swear.
nah it's really short, and the more engine-buildy monsters can sometimes feel cut off at the knees if they don't get off to a rocket start
why else would anyone admit to playing a sonic game publicly
I'm so sorry man, hoping for a quick turnaround. best wishes to you and yours
between a better edition of my literal favorite board game and Hot Streak, I'm convinced that CMYK has spent the last while developing and producing games tailored exclusively to my sensibilities
If you told me a few years ago that I'd have an opportunity to review a new edition of Magical Athlete, I'd have called you a liar.

If you followed up by telling me it was from @cmyk.games and was perfect in every discernible way, I'd have asked who put you up to this.
