Based on my quick research, the fewest points Penn State has scored in a 25-point set is 9 - it happened twice in 2022 (at Nebraska and at Northwestern)

The fewest points in a set at home for Penn State was 11 - vs Oregon State in 2012 and vs Nebraska in 2018.
