Not forgetting that ground level & perhaps even 1st levels will be flood prone. Basement car parking and supporting facilities including electrical substations? Um, no thanks.

Just perfect that this possibly astroturfed organisation has used AI hallucinated citations in their submission to an inquiry on information integrity
The group cites Prof Naomi Oreskes, who co-authored the 2010 book Merchants of Doubt. Naomi says "the passage cites my work in a way that is 100% misleading.”
'A conservation charity known for its anti-renewables stance has made submissions to federal & state inquiries that name non-existent government authorities & a nonexistent windfarm, & cite scientific articles that the supposed publisher says don’t exist'.

This is something people who are chatbot-curious should be doing by default: ask it about something you *do know about*, not something you *don't know about*.
As an experiment, I asked ChatGPT to give me a walking route in my neighbourhood and to describe the scenery. I've also asked it to describe plot features of movies I've seen. It spews out bullshit.

Perhaps Lang Hancock's multi-billionaire offspring and CSR should share the rehabilitation costs.
Note Trump's face in this photo is uneven. This is a recent change. Has he had a stroke?

Analysis by The Australia Institute reveals that replacing the broken Petroleum Resource Rent Tax (PRRT) with a flat 25% tax on gas exports, as suggested by the ACTU, would raise more than $17 billion a year, enough to quadruple Commonwealth spending on housing.

Morning Dave. Ducks on strike again this morning.
This promise is not worth the paper it was printed on.
I've said it many times but there is virtually no difference on environmental policy between Labor & LNP.
Just following his supreme leader who praised the 30's German Dictator reportedly.
Venezuela has large, untapped reserves of oil.
Perhaps superseded by solar PV & large scale batteries.
Morning Dave. Looks clear & likely warming up.
USA is arguably the most dangerous country in the world. Why would anyone want to visit there?

The woody biomass of Australia’s tropical rainforests has already switched from carbon sink to carbon source – and the reason is climate change.
