But you could like... have Aqua Jet on Feraligatr for it to dash over to a foe, then Liquidation to hit it hard while it's there, and then Flip Turn back to you
The only thing is, Feraligatr's actual base Spd isn't the best
And I believe your Spd affects how quickly you can use another move?

These moves have pretty quick start up animations because of that, and the fastest cooldowns (3 seconds)
Conversely, moves that once switched you out (U-turn, Flip Turn, Volt Switch) return your Pokemon back over to you after use
I don't know how practical this is or what applications it could have,

Moves that were normally priority moves in the main series, like Bullet Punch and Aqua Jet and Quick Attack, are slightly weaker (down to 30 Power, or for Extreme Speed, 65)
And how they work here is that your Pokemon will do a pretty quick dash forward and close the gap between it and the foe

Usually, you can't nickname other people's Pokemon
For this one, you can... but only once

Hmm... so you can also rematch the Rogue Mega Evolution bosses, too
They're simulations, but still a means to do those boss fights again, just higher leveled, likely with different attacks or attack patterns

Worst part is... that's the only place to get Skarmory before the postgame, so for any players who want it (because of DAMN!!!, or just for the Dex completion) well.... good luck, because it flies right above the group

I've also seen that everyone agrees that Wild Zone 17 is... a nightmare to deal with
There's a pride of Pyroar, with one Alpha among 'em, and there's nowhere to hide
If one spots you, they all spot you, and they use Earth Power on YOU (which is hard if not right impossible to dodge)

Some items work a lot differently now, too
The Quick Claw is usually just a random chance for you to get +1 priority in the main games
Here, it reduces the wind up time of your attack, which might be worth the chance for stronger, slower attacks that take a bit of time to start up

Turns out, you can buy more held items at the construction site
It's not something that's known or shown in-game, I just found out about it after the fact, so I don't know how long this has been available for
Still, being able to buy more Leftovers and other strong items is nice

I just think these rage bait types are utterly miserable, to both see, to know they exist
I just try to focus on what works, what I like, acknowledge what doesn't, and hope that's something that gets improved upon

I can start watching any content made on ZA now-- people will probably try to Nuzlocke it, I'm sure
I had a lot of fun with it too
But I gotta like... stop paying attention to the people who dislike it, because they don't just dislike it, they utterly DESPISE it
That's just how it goes, I guess

Is the game perfect? Nah, no game is. I'll freely admit that some of my favourite games, for as much as I love them, have flaws. I just don't think they detract from the overall experience.
Even games that have more flaws, I still try to see the good in, see what works. Hell, for as mid as Sword and Shield were, it still had some decent stuff in it.
The only time I dropped a game completely because I disliked it that much is... Sticker Star. I think that speaks for itself. But that's pretty much it.

Mega Feraligatr could get Strong Jaw, for instance
But then, when would the new Megas become available in the main series?
Perhaps they'll be in Pokemon Champions first
Or will Gen X (crazy that we're approaching ten generations now)

I have no doubt in my mind that Radical Red will be the first ROM hack to feature the new Megas, trying to cram even more stuff into the game
But we won't know what the abilities are until they make their way into the games proper

It'll likely have the Mega Stones that were unavailable, and the Legendary ones too (Mewtwo, Rayquaza), since Hoopa will be involved

I did balk at the idea of them saying "hey there's DLC" before the game even came out, and that won't be here for a while (probably around Feb if I had to guess)
But mostly, I just wanted 'em to wait until the game came out before they could announce that

And I really enjoyed this one a lot, so there's still more game to play

I'm still really glad I got to play this one. Not just because I got to fight alongside Gallade, to see Mega Gallade in HD, but there were some really fun characters and ideas shown off here.

This... was one hell of a finale
That's all I can say about it, this endgame was tons of fun
This whole game was, really
I got to learn, and I got to really like this cast of characters
Overall, I think they did a pretty damn good job here
