#NationalComingOutDay remember your journey is your own. Coming out is a constant journey and not a once in a lifetime announcement.

Make sure it is safe for you to do so and remember you are loved. I came out as a lesbian and as a trans gay man. I have never been happier than being myself.

It’s OK to talk!

Ask people how you can help.

Keep an eye on friends with mental health issues, they may be really struggling and could be desperate for someone to open up to.

If you are a trans athlete in the 🇬🇧, you are blanketly excluded from sport thanks to transphobia.

In Australia, there is no blanket ban as the sporting bodies here actually take account of the science.
