hey btw if you can pour hours of energy into your oc's when it comes to research, design, themes, etc then you can do the same when it comes to avoiding racist tropes, traits, etc. you can't say "it's just fiction" when their is real life harm that is perpetuated from these things

If you're taking to the streets to protest today, know your rights.

"KNOW YOUR PROTEST RIGHTS

also it goes without saying, but please do not look at fantasy characters of color, cultures of color, etc. and immediately judge them based on a eurocentric morality scale, or through a "good representation" lens ; especially if their creator is bipoc themselves. we deserve complex stories, too.
