I don't know any Episcopalians, but something tells me that when they wake up, things move to a different level. I love the Episcopalian Frog post that I found, just can't stop thinking about this movement.

I was kicking myself yesterday because I had no focus. Today is sharp again. Be kind to yourself. Everyday cannot be on point. Ebb and flow like the Gulf of Mexico outside my window. Like the shooting stars and black holes. Do what you can, when you can, where you can.

I love the times when I reach that point where I can breathe well. A layered level of energy with self-imposed freedom of solitude. Where the free fairies dance under the Willow Tree and the Unicorn Herd believes in having another day.
