Murder is wrong.

Pogroms are wrong.

Using a murder to incite a pogrom against a small and vulnerable group in society is wrong.

(If I’m not mistaken, an assassination was the excuse for the wave of mob but state-sanctioned violence in Russia in 1881 that gave us the term “pogrom.”)
Kirk claimed that these women had to “steal a white person’s slot” to be taken seriously, implying they lacked the necessary intelligence to achieve their positions w/o affirmative action. He further stated, “You do not have the brain processing power to otherwise be taken really seriously.” 2/2
On July 13, 2023, during an episode of The Charlie Kirk Show, Kirk specifically mentioned television host Joy Reid, former First Lady Michelle Obama, former U.S. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, and Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. 1/2
In a free world that once valued bipartisanship… opposing parties, ethnicities, & religions should not be framed with war-like terms. Phrases like ‘under siege,’ ‘battle for our values,’ ‘fight back,’ ‘enemy within,’ or ‘take back our country’ normalize division instead of dialogue. #freespeach
When creators misrepresent political violence while exaggerating one side, minimizing the other, they spread misinformation, normalize harm, and deepen societal division. #Extremism has consequences, and public figures must acknowledge them.
Creators like Asmongold rewrite history through delusion and #confirmationbias. Claiming left-wing violence dominates while minimizing right-wing extremism reshapes reality to fit a comforting narrative instead of acknowledging the facts and consequences. #Asmongold #polarization

Commentators reacting to Kirk’s death, shocked by the timing of his words and the gunshot, reveal a stark irony: rhetoric that dismisses harm has real consequences, confronting even its own supporters.
You do not have to like me. You do not have to agree with me. But you must find truth in my words. If you cannot, you risk becoming the very monster you claim to oppose. #Extremism #politicalviolence #democracy #progressive
Extremism is not just words, it’s a cycle. Radical rhetoric breeds radical action, and the cost is real lives lost.
We cannot meet harm with harm. Real change comes through accountability, civic engagement, and confronting systemic failures before they claim another life. #SystemFailure #CharlieKirk
This is extremism: “I think it’s worth it. I think it’s worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights.” — Charlie Kirk.

This is also Extremism:
I will not mourn Charlie Kirk simply because he was a father or husband. A non father, a non husband is just as worthy of remorse when their life is taken. What we should grieve is that another life was lost… first to gun violence, and second to extremism. That is the tragedy. #Polarization
In America, violence cannot be our answer to change. If it becomes so, then the promise of freedom becomes a casualty too. #PoliticalViolence #Extremism #Rhetoric #Democracy #CivilResponsibility
Extremism doesn’t live in isolation. One side’s rhetoric fuels the other’s, swinging the pendulum left to right, literally and figuratively. Until we face our systemic failures, the cycle will continue.

Do you know why rural and working people are listening to Walz and AOC and Bernie?

Because they tell the damn truth. Because they are passionate about people. Because they are authentic. Because they care.

They are the new face of the opposition.

That is both messed up and disgraceful! You can’t just delete history!

Arlington National Cemetery has removed information about prominent Black, Hispanic, and female service members, as well as topics such as the Civil War, from its website.
It’s Waterbury. I can assure you people noticed, and notified and those who could, did nothing. Iykyk.
And we are ALREADY struggling
