A number of gas stations in Russia's Belgorod region are low on fuel. What's more, they've also followed the lead of elsewhere in Russia/occupied areas, by banning cannister filling.

Last night I reported the airport at Nizhny Novgorod was the only one in Russia closed by drone scares.

Today the Governor admitted an energy facility was hit. It's the Arzamas-500 substation, with two transformers probably destroyed.

In the occupied part of Kherson, Ukraine's troops destroyed a building in Oleshky yesterday evening.

It's believed Russian military and the occupiers "police" were based there.

Russia has today attacked humanitarian aid vehicles in Kherson region.

Tons of food was destroyed in Bilozerka when four large lorries, clearly marked with the UN WFP (World Food Programme) were bombarded by drones and artillery.

Two lorries were hit, drivers managed to escape.

With autumn advancing, the ground getting boggier, Russia is making what could be its last push to breach Ukraine's 'ring of steel' in free Donetsk, starting with Kostiatynivka.

That's reflected with 1200 invaders killed/maimed, and a big jump in vehicles (mostly motorbikes).

In Kyiv, I was glad to hand over equipment worth €6.5 million to Ukrainian services.
