All my pre-decline friends have been silent for several years now. I haven’t had a break from daily begging for survival since 2019.

I navigate systems designed to kill me and it seems they might. I started taking magnesium a few days ago and suddenly had a drastic reduction in #OCD symptoms.

My mom was supposed to come visit for my #birthday and canceled last minute. She sent me a tote bag that said “made in China” on it direct from Amazon.

I’m so #malnourished from several chronic conditions I live with my legs are covered in dark bruises. I’m in pain every day throughout my body.

I’ve been on ongoing #crisis for three months. Yesterday was my Birthday.

I’ve been afraid for my life & safety many times in recent weeks because I’ve been struggling to control my outbursts even in public places.
