We're looking for organizations to sponsor our fall fundraising event, and businesses excited to donate items or services! Information and a link to the album from last year is at www.tonyc.nyc/fight2025
We made this shift with year of support via @usworker.coop‬ ! as well as discussions with other groups in this model.

And we're also getting questions from other non-profits about how this works!

Training Deadline + Staff Announcement

Now we have a group of staff (most) who have opted into worker-membership. This week, that group is making decisions about our fall programs, because we have limited budget but some new invitations, changes to mission/values, and when the administrative staff return to full-time hours.
Last year, Theatre of the Oppressed NYC shifted to become a worker self-directed non-profit! (that's as close as a 501c3 can be to a worker-owned cooperative, considering that we have no owners, but we also legally have a board).
