That makes me so curious as to WHY it's so different, I can't tell if they thought an English audience would need something more eye catching to pay attention or if they just used the extra time in translation to make it more dynamic.

I can't imagine how frustrating this has to be for nobody to have answers. You can't be the first person this has ever happened to, someone will figure it out, and I'm sorry it's taking so long.

I keep seeing this go around so just to add my experience, I've transformed my Jetstorm several times now without issue. A lot of these breaks seem to be user error, the hinge has a slide that's easy to miss, but it's how the original toy worked, too.

Reports of Breakage on the $90 Transformers Armada Nemesis Prime Pack

Sorry to pile on some bad news but we wanted to warn you of potential breakage issues on the Armada Nemesis Prime which is now coming out. Multiple fans have posted images showing breakage on the Jetstorm minicon, especially in the chest area. Some have been out of the box while others occurred after a couple of transformations, like the images from Sparkimus Prime. What makes the breakage more heartbreaking is that this figure has a $90 USD price tag. So just be careful when yours comes in.

So they figured out laser pointers can actually be bad for cats, since they can't catch it, it messes with their hunting instinct and can actually cause anxiety over things they can't catch being in their area.
