it is kind of interesting that even on my tiny crew there are people both too old and too young to do computer. I hate computers I do not want to learn anything about them but I guess the bare minimum to make them work was at it's height at just the right age

I think like, more than half of it is people just trying to squeeze "content" out of the hobby that doesn't require much effort.
