Date night #KitchenEndeavours... I'm not typical a big lamb fan 🐑 but that all worked pretty well!

Slightly overcooked but nothing major and the gratin was super easy and pretty sophisticated in the end.

🍄 Mushroom Carbonara via a Jamie Oliver recipe.

I won't lie, it was a bit dry last night but having fried off the remaining mushrooms with some creme fraiche... the leftovers were probably better!
