I'm a 37 year old trans woman (she/her), polyamorous, and a huge nerd. I can be a bit awkward but hey, who isn't?

All of my partners know that I go honk honk whenever they squeeze my boobs so yeah, life's pretty alright.

I tell ya, I get no respect! I’m in my easy chair reading a book about the fae, so I ask my wife, hey sweetheart, which court would you want us to be in? Seelie or Unseelie? She says honey, the only court I wanna be in with you is divorce court!!

Your nail tech does brilliant work, I hope they realize that.
Alundra is so heavy on puzzles, which is making me feel unintelligent. I had an unstated rule that I was going to use guides as little as possible but after 20 minutes being stuck at the elevator in the coal mine, I had to cave and look up the solution.

Wow I hate my voice today.
I bought my first Secret Lair products. Waiting in a virtual queue and slowly watching all the stuff you want get sold out sorta sucks though.

How can wait times be higher than normal if these are the wait times every time? 🤔

Due to high levels of traffic, wait times are currently longer than normal. We will update you here if any products become unavailable in your region. Please do not refresh or close this page to keep your position in the queue.
You know what's a nice touch in an RPG video game that I don't think you see enough of? When you equip the character with a new set of armor and their look changes.

Some games do it, sure. But it's often limited in scope to a handful of outfits (and often acts as fanservice).
And I've discovered that there's a lot of like, edge cases on whether things do or do not count as an RPG. I think Alundra falls into that grey area, but I'm on the side of including it (and it's sequel) as RPGs. We'll see if I regret that later.
I started my quest to play all of the PS1 RPGs tonight with Alundra. Played through the first boss, which was fun. For some reason I thought Alundra was something else entirely, so the story is taking a fun turn for me.
The cover of the PlayStation 1 game Alundra. It has a elf holding a sword in a reverse grip with shards of glass showing other characters from the game around him.
Only halfway through the The Acolyte, but is the reason that people didn't like it because it stars a black woman? Because I've been enjoying it so far.
Yeah. I never had the system growing up so I know I've missed out on a lot of good games.

And this is definitely not a short term goal.
Sort of want to tackle every RPG for the PlayStation, just to see if I have the fortitude to do it.
It's true! I very much plan on getting to know it better over the coming months.
I just realized there's a Korean street food place in town and I'm excited to work my way through the menu.
Today is Friday, which means you get to brag about something good that happened in your life this past week. As is tradition, I'll kick us off. I started playing Stardew Valley again and I forgot how much I enjoy that silly little game. And yes, I started a new file. I always start a new file.
Totally fair. I think I would really prefer each episode be long enough to tell its story for the week, but the industry seems to loathe drastically different episode lengths (tho maybe that'll change).
As a fan of 22-24 episode seasons already, I'm interested by this approach to extending a season.

Still think longer seasons in general would work better, but hey, I'm a sucker for filler episodes.

According to a new report, episodes of Stranger Things 5 will run the length of movies, the shorter of which will run 90 minutes, and the longer of which running up to 120 minutes.
Stranger Things Final Season Will Reportedly Run 90-120 Minutes Per Episode
I finally got around to watching the Lower Decks series finale and I just want to say:

I'm not crying, you're crying.
Strategy? No no no. I think you meant to say ROAR *swings with all my dinosaurs*
