I love and will eat them all. However, I like the concept of orecchiette, but they tend to try to nest in each other no matter how much space they have in the water, and that ends up making some stacks of little ear-shaped pasta that aren’t cooked evenly with the rest of the batch.

The real help tip in all of these books is “find a way to get people to pay you money to claim you’re helping them while doing nothing.” Same for business and financial books.
