Probably the most insane bureaucratic encounter I had was getting a marriage license in NYC.

I am not trying to convince anyone. No point.

But when I see professional/habitual doubters on certain dubious topics (UFOs eg), I see the same tactics/fallacies/aggression as those I know are 1000% wrong on other topics.

Topics that always attract "skeptics" that I know from personal experience that you should never trust:

- female ejaculation (it's not pee)
- severe autism (there are people "in there" even if they don't have tools to communicate to *you*)
- anything not materialism

I asked Grok an odd question in geometry. It failed to understand the question, even when I de-generalized and when I kept pushing it with simpler questions, the hallucinations exploded.

AI is not impressing me so far. It may have good uses but... this bubble collapse is gonna be nasty.

Other AI bullshit news, Grok failed to understand a fairly simple (if unusual) question of geometry and the more I sharpened by query, the more it hallucinated—when it wasnt just showing me vaguely related scraped images
