Not sure if that particular bill can be amended for something this novel, but SOME legislation definitely needs to happen about it. Europe and Asia are hitting the brakes on unfettered genAi, but our government is an oligarchy run by late-stage capitalists and Silicon Valley, so, you know. Crickets.
