Yeah, I was never a heavy drinker and now I can handle even less. I still drink but whenever possible I prefer the NA option. Especially IPA have delicious NA options these days.

Sadly NA wine and scotch isn’t really a thing.

I’ve memberships to LA Fitness and 24 Hours. I can go virtually go at any time (5am to 6pm) and there are always people. I’m usually lucky when not all the machines are taken 😔

That said, sometimes it’s nice to have a set of regulars to chat and get a spot
