Story beat! It just basically means a significant plot point. For example, in a romance novel the first beat would be introducing the main character, another beat would be when the protagonists first meet. Each point where the plot "turns" is a story beat.

When I get stuck on a plot point, I go back and write out each beat in a single sentence, focusing on cause and effect. If I can’t think of why something happens and what it leads to, I know it’s a weak spot that needs attention.
