Today's referee highlight: watched a newly certified 13-year-old referee officiating his second 11U game make a PERFECT advantage call... recognized the foul at mid-field, held his whistle and allowed the attacking team to retain possession, signaled for advantage, attacking team got a shot on goal.
The affirmative wins, no contest. There is no valid con argument.

Live your life in such a way that if the escalator stops, you don't assume that it's because people hate you.
Dr. Roberts was hired in 2023. The removal order referenced by the ICE press release was in 2024. The order is not public record though, so nobody has seen it.
The radius wall at the top of the stair in this house is one of my favorite details in this whole house remodel we have under construction

All kidding aside I totally get that sometimes the President of the United States just needs to head down to the Quality Inn pool deck, crack open a box of ice cold Franzia chardonnay, and chill for a few hours with his besties.
FWIW I made this exact walk from MSG to the Vessel a couple weeks ago as a tourist. It's a lovely walk if you take your time. There's a great little Indian restaurant at W 34th and 9th.
Zohran leads a RIDICULOUS pace for the Bus vs Pedestrian race on 34th St. God I love this town.

I'm proud that my firm is structured to make projects like this viable... Most are not.
This project is a backyard baking studio for a small home based business. It had to navigate through complex city approvals, and we put a lot of effort to make the design efficient... and generous. It absolutely needed an architect.
There aren't many full service architecture firms willing and able to take on small projects for a "regular person" fee... And that's a damn shame.
