Hey there Bluesky 👋 nice to meet you.

I’m Susie. I’m a mom of two, a lifelong education advocate, and a bipartisan leader fighting to make Washington work for YOU on the common sense issues we can all get behind.

Follow along for updates on how I'm getting results for southern Nevada 🏜️

I’m fighting to make health care more affordable for Nevadans. We cannot afford to lose the ACA Tax Credits and let health costs skyrocket.

No one should have to choose between putting food on the table and getting the care they need. Nevada nurses like Brian Hansen see firsthand what happens when families lose their coverage.

While the Administration strips these workers of their protections and holds up their pay, I’m fighting to make sure they have the protections and fair pay they deserve.

Grateful that @repstevenhorsford.bsky.social and I could meet with TSA officers at Harry Reid International to thank them for their service and hear firsthand how the shutdown is impacting their families.

Republicans have yet again cancelled votes this coming week. That won’t help us prevent health care costs from skyrocketing for all Americans but it WILL prevent Congress from voting to release the Epstein Files.

To the hostages who are finally back in their family’s arms today: I join the world in welcoming you home. (4/4)

The road to lasting peace is long. Today, we took a meaningful step forward. (3/4)

I can’t begin to imagine the horrors they endured over the past two years, or the heartbreak and desperation of their families and loved ones. As we celebrate these hostages’ release today, we also mourn those who were killed before they had the chance to be freed. (2/4)

This is the moment we’ve been waiting for since the barbaric attack on October 7, 2023. Finally – 737 days later – every living hostage has been returned home. (1/4)

The Patayan, Southern Paiute, Ancestral Puebloan, and Desert Archaic peoples called southern Nevada home for thousands of years.

On #IndigenousPeoplesDay, we honor their heritage and immense contributions to Nevada and our country.

There are 300,000+ Asian Americans in Clark County who contribute so much to our local economy and vibrant culture. I hope the Year of the Snake continues to bring you and your families good luck, health, and prosperity!

Glad I could stop by the Asian Lantern Festival and check out so many amazing AANHPI small businesses, food vendors, and performances!

ALL Nevadans will be paying higher health care costs next year if Congressional Republicans don’t come back to Washington to pass a health care deal and reopen the government.

Marcus is a Nevadan who can’t afford the skyrocketing health care prices that will come with the expiration of the ACA premium tax credits. Estimates show that families of four could be paying nearly 200% more for their health care without these credits.

Great to celebrate The Nevada Conservation League and their efforts to fight for a healthier and greener Nevada.

Congratulations to all awardees – thank you for your continued leadership and work to continue environmental progress in our state!

Today is World Mental Health Day! I’m fighting to make sure our students, veterans, and families in southern Nevada can access the mental health resources and support they need.

Remember — you are not alone, and help is always available. Call 9-8-8 if you or a loved one need support.

Hey Speaker Johnson, in case you missed our letter: You must let Congress vote to pay the troops before they miss their first paycheck on October 15th.

Nearly 3 million military families will miss their next paycheck.

I’m fighting to protect the ACA Tax Credits and lower health care costs, because no Nevadans should be forced to go without health care.

Katie, Eve, and Dr. Isaacs — thank you for sharing your stories!

Today I heard from parents and health care providers who know all too well how cuts to health care and skyrocketing costs will affect our community.

I’m fighting to protect Corina’s health care and lower health care costs for ALL Americans. (3/3)
susielee.house.gov
If Republicans in Congress do not extend ACA tax credits, health care will be out of reach for countless southern Nevadans like Corina. (2/3)
susielee.house.gov
For Nevadans like Corina, health care is already too expensive. But instead of working across the aisle to lower costs, Republicans in Washington want to make the situation worse. (1/3)
susielee.house.gov
Don’t be fooled. Nevadans are already talking about how their health insurance costs are skyrocketing for this upcoming year.

Republicans in Congress must come to the table so we can stop this health care crisis and reopen the government before it is too late.

Tonight, my heart is with all those who lost loved ones over the past two years. May we continue to honor their memories as we work towards lasting peace. (5/5)
