Yeah, I know this feeling. Also, Idk if you struggle with this too but I personally have a really hard time buying anything for myself. I'll bankrupt myself for a friend in need but I won't spend a dime on anything I want. I made it a goal this year to change that mindset, and it's been a revelation

Haha no some cokehead I worked with in college that got drafted by the Expos, played mostly AAA but got 3 games in with the big club before spiraling out of the league from substance abuse. Still had a wicked curve though

Yeah the supplement.industry is sketchy to begin with, remember when all those vitamin companies got caught putting sand in their capsules? Wish we had a fully funded, fully staffed agency to actually enforce regulations and look after us
