Hey peeps. I'll be one of the speakers at the next #DesignSystems London meetup on 11. November, sharing my thoughts on something I call #DesignToken Interfaces.

It's free, but you need to register to get a ticket as spaces are limited.

See you there?

For us, Robb has built:

1. A full billing system
2. A premium content access system
3. A scalable email marketing system

All have transformed our business and you’d be daft to miss out on bringing him in to transform your business too.

this looks like it'd be darn tasty for some Design Systems work…

get sizes, colours, spacing, motion values from the parent and tweak them locally (e.g. --card-gap: calc(inherit(--gap) * 0.75)). Cleaner (fewer) tokens, fewer overrides, and smarter, context-aware components.

Yes!

At last, today is the day. I am immensely proud to announce that JavaScript for Everyone is here.

Tell a friend, tell a Slack channel — write it on a slip of paper, fold it once, and slide it across your boss' desk without breaking eye contact. _It's time to get weird._

… and it goes a little something like this
a screen shot of part of a VSCode app project. Showing 2 json files and 2 css files.

The json files have font sizes that are generic and then specific then the css has the compiled output of the json generic and specific key values in css utility classes

I'm planning a Defensive CSS workshop, focused on practical CSS and design tips that help build future proof user interfaces.

Would your team be interested if it's offered live or as a short recorded course?
