Being on duty with the national guard does NOT provide immunity from laws involving the health and safety of the civilian population. They aren’t given carte blanch to assault the citizenry. They’re getting away with this shit because the states aren’t enforcing their laws. Start arresting them!!!

When active duty military personnel are involved in altercations with civilians the military personnel are subject to arrest. When a national guard member shoots an unarmed, nonviolent citizen in the head why aren’t they arrested? This will only escalate until the states begin enforcing their laws.

Why are democrats still adhering to court orders and following the rule of law? Republicans are selective in their compliance why aren’t we? I’m tired of the double standards. Courts ruled non-federalized troops are forbidden, if they show up, arrest them. If the NG assaults someone, arrest them

There’s no doubt whatsoever that history will look darkly at the Trump era. The question is whether that will be thru the lens of the end of American democracy. Getting fully away with Jan 6th will be a black mark forever, as will Trump’s re-election after it.
